  • Cancellation within 14 days of purchase for annual subscriptions (if no premium content has been accessed)
  • Technical issues that prevent access to premium content (subject to verification)

Digital Products

  • Product does not function as described at the time of purchase
  • Delivery of the product failed and cannot be resolved
  • Duplicate charges for the same product

Courses and Educational Materials

  • Cancellation within 14 days of purchase (if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed)
  • Significant discrepancy between the advertised content and the actual content provided

Please note that all refund requests are subject to review and approval based on the circumstances of each case.

Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days
  • Digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used
  • Courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed
  • Purchases made using promotional codes or discounts
  • Add-on services that have been fully delivered
  • Customized or personalized products created specifically for you

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Submit a refund request by emailing refunds@csgaminghub.com or by using our Contact Form with the subject "Refund Request."

Step 2: Provide Required Information

Your refund request should include:

  • Your full name and email address used for the purchase
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Item(s) for which you are requesting a refund
  • Detailed reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of errors, correspondence)

Step 3: Review Process

Our customer support team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3-5 business days.

Step 4: Refund Decision

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. If your request is denied, we will provide a detailed explanation.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the processing time depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (depending on your card issuer)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: Varies by provider

Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, the actual time for the funds to appear in your account is subject to your financial institution's policies and processing times.

Subscription Cancellations

Cancelling a subscription is different from requesting a refund. To cancel a recurring subscription:

  2. Navigate to "My Account" > "Subscriptions"
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription" next to the relevant subscription
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Cancelling a subscription will stop future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for previous payments. If you wish to request a refund for a recently charged subscription payment, please follow the refund process outlined above.

For annual subscriptions, cancellation will prevent automatic renewal at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of the period you have paid for.

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our products or services, please contact our technical support team at support@csgaminghub.com before requesting a refund. Many technical issues can be resolved, allowing you to enjoy the product or service you purchased.

Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions, you may not be eligible for refunds on any active subscriptions or digital products associated with that account.

Promotional Offers

Products or services purchased with promotional codes, during special sales, or with significant discounts may have modified refund terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent refund requests, we reserve the right to request additional verification information, limit the number of refunds per customer, or deny refunds if fraud is suspected.
